The Magic of Voicethread
Voicethread is an amazing tool to use to share projects, collaborate and share ideas, and doodle. There are a ton of terrific examples of voicethreads that are used in education. You can upload documents, pictures, or video and comment on your uploaded files using text, audio commentary, and even video commentary. Audio commentary can even be uploaded via phone. Then, anyone with a Voicethread account (which is free, yet you can only create 3 Voicethreads for free) can comment using any of the ways previously described.
I have shared my first Voicethread here that covered our school’s Black History Month celebration, specifically, my 3rd grade class recreating the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom. Here it is.
